Integrate upload into mitmproxy/mitmweb #4
Description
We should have a command that upload the currently visible flows and returns the URL so that one can upload flows right from mitmproxy/mitmweb.
The mitmweb part is blocked by mitmproxy/mitmweb/issues/44.
