Currently only password prompts that contain 'password' are supported (see PASSWORD_PROMPT_PATTERN in mitogen/ssh.py).
In order to support TOTPs for google-authenticator-libpam, this must be extended to also cover 'verification code'.

This is very useful for using TOTP with key-based authentication.
