Logger not recording changes from set #17
Description

- Control sets relay off
- Message esp..../set/relay/on false
- Logger isn't watching for this.
Note this could be the time to have the node echo back - i.e. send /relay/on when receives set/relay/on
Unclear if also want to do this for things like "max"
- Note undo workaround in logger/index.js in shouldLog
