SonarQube has the ability to restrict/ignore files. Some of these files have significant findings in sonar's built in scanning. This would relate to #7494

Adding a flag to saf convert sonarqube2hdf for file strings to ignore would be a huge time saver in eliminting found issues.

Fix the finding limitations in the api call for pagnation

Desired Impact to Workflow
optional flag to ignore specific files/folders would eliminate false findings but could be used to circumvent findings
