Document components to allow MIT account holders to log directly into Handshake using MIT's IdP

Quick update - this one was the center of much discussion with partners yesterday from the MIT side of the scenario. Notes on that available soon and update to the scenario appropriate asap thereafter.

This also needs some update on MIT side in view of potential deeper capabilities with our OpenID Connect service at IS&T. I am posing an email to Thomas Hardjono asking about the status of that and whether/how/when it could be used for the summer project.
