plan to release v1.1.0

Now I plan to release v1.1.0 with changes;

• use stdlib for Zstandard support instead of pyzstd
• Support Python 3.14, drop support for Python 3.9
• Binary for Windows 11 ARM64
• Support PyPy 3.11, drop PyPy 3.10
• Bump Brotli 1.2.0 and improve security
• Bump PyPPMd 1.3.1; fix rarely deadlocks
• fix(is_7zfile): accept any path-like instead of just pathlib.Path
• Other improvements

Are there any missing changes? Is it any waiting fix to merge?
