chore(deps-npm): bump jsonpath-plus and oas (#1866)

Removes [jsonpath-plus](https://github.com/s3u/JSONPath). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [oas](https://github.com/readmeio/oas/tree/HEAD/packages/oas). These dependencies need to be updated together.


Removes `jsonpath-plus`

Updates `oas` from 20.10.3 to 20.11.0
