SPM12 Segment crashing

[Brainarea]

I created a Singularity image with script provided in tutorial and started a jupyter-lab session on our remote research computing device.

It has been working so far for many functions, including SPM functions except for the Normalize12 which gives me the exact same error as found in this post on Neurodocker github : ReproNim/neurodocker#358
Apparently no solution was found there so I'm sharing it here

Any ideas?
