AddMessageHandler with AzureServiceBus transport

Hey @mizrael,

I saw that single message handlers where possible with (at least) RabbitMQ and Kafka. Is it also possible to implement this option for AzureServiceBus?

It works in my testing project, thank you for the update :). For the other project I will wait for nuget update, but will except to work there also.
