Doesn't work at all

In a vanilla typescript project I'm working on I can't get this module to import correctly according to the documentation. Every other module I use works fine but for some reason it can't find "lit-html" weather I use the extension or install it using npm.

This extension is what you guys should switch to https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=runem.lit-plugin It just works and is awesome!
