Alternative smaller download for the binaries

Electron Builder tools seems to have all the binaries needed for Appx-Backup in a small 5MB download: contains

- makeappx.exe
- makecert.exe
- Pvk2Pfx.exe
- signtool.exe

Can anyone confirm if these work with this script?
