Typo in Makefile

I think there's typo in the Makefile - the directory for the SOFT library is spelled Soft1.0 in the Makefile, but SOFT1.0 in the github. One either needs to edit the makefile or rename the directory for compilation to work. Easy to fix of course but might be a hiccup for some users.
