bug: `ignore_init_summary` not working for Google parser

I am using Insiders both for mkdocstrings and griffe.

Description of the bug

When using ignore_init_summary in either docstring_options or options (after trying to place the option both before and after merge_init_into_class), the option appears to have no impact.

There's nothing in griffe warning in the logs.

Thanks for the report. This is probably a limitation of how mkdocstrings and Griffe work. When mkdocstrings loads a package a first time, it caches it. If the docstring of this class was parsed the first time without the ignore_init_summary option, then the summary is kept in the cached, parsed docstring too. To fix this we'd have to move the option out of Griffe and into mkdocstrings-python directly, though that will require changes in Griffe too. I'll mark this as a bug since it's clearly unexpected.

As a temporary workaround you could set ignore_init_summary globally.
