Is it possible to do a direct conversion of speech to speech? Also if so would it be possible to use various different voice types such as female1 female2 female 3 and same for male?

No in general, but you could mimic this by enabling "Settings->Speech to Text->Echo mode". When this option is enabled, after STT processing, the decoded text will be immediately read out using the currently set TTS voice.

Do you mean the ability to use multiple voices simultaneously in TTS? Unfortunately not, but I have it on my to-do list. I'm considering adding the ability to have 3 active voices (3 TTS models) and using tags such as {voice:A}, {voice:B} to switch between them in the text. This is an idea for a future version of Speech Note.
