Submit to Community Packages

Modo🧯 should be installable with magic. For that, we need to submit it to the Community Packages. Submitter guide.

Options:

1. Use the PyPI package as is, with pre-compiled binaries
2. Compile on the user machine. Should be relatively straight forward. See the rattler-build Go example.
