v0_2_80 version does not include Phi-4-mini. #156
Description
It is great to see webllm updating libs to version v0_2_80. I have noticed that versions v0_2_80 and v0_2_48 do not include Phi-4-mini (the following 3 categories) in the CDN usage:
1.Phi-4-mini-instruct-q4f16_1-ctx4k_cs1k-webgpu.wasm
2.Phi-4-mini-instruct-q4f16_1-webgpu.wasm
3.Phi-4-mini-instruct-q4f32_1-ctx4k_cs1k-webgpu.wasm
It seems like 1 and 2 are similar things, I'm wondering if they will be added in v0_2_80 later?
