Issue with benchmarking SSD-ResNet34 model.

I'm not able to get proper mAP for ssd-resnet34 model, could someone help with the script. im using pycocotools to evaluate.

@MK-1307 If I were to guess why the scores are nearly zero, it would be down to incorrect preprocessing.

Please note that SSD-ResNet34 (aka "SSD-Large") was last accepted for submission in the v2.0 round, i.e. almost 4 years ago. It has since been replaced by RetinaNet which is itself on its last legs.
