Add script for test running #49
Description
Keep running into issues about what vars should be set when. Need a simple way for someone to run a script and know whether the CI will pass. It should do all the relevant docker things. (The GitHub action should execute the same script, if possible.)
Should have a script for each action (CLI / Jupyter).
