Adding more Tags to Experiments

Is it possible to add more tags (in addition to estimator name and classname) to the experiments in the mlflow recipes? For example, via profile?

Use case:

I run k-fold cross validation as "k" different experiments. I would like to merge the results in the mlflow tracking, using the "Grouping" option. However, the existing tags do not represent my experiments (I have hyper-parameter tuning wrapped around the estimator). Would it be possible to add my own experiment tags to support my specific use case?
