Does not work with rsolr 2

Description:

blacklight on its own will pull in rsolr 2.x, which breaks fishrappr --- NameError (uninitialized constant Blacklight::Solr::Repository::RSolr)

Acceptance Criteria:

• able to update to newer versions of rsolr
