Support for config object instead of just config file

We have a task that merges our build task's default protractor config with a project's protractor config. Would be nice if we could simply pass this in-memory object to gulp-protractor.

I believe this is not possible because all this library does is wrap the CLI and spawn in a child process. Protractor needs a Node API.
