Don't move the description when scrolling

I've noticed something strange. The app description moves when you try to scroll. Sometimes this makes scrolling a bit difficult. I mean the description in the "about the app" section. Is this intentional or a bug?

I could say "It is not a bug, it's a feature" but actually though, it is due to current workaround present for being able to read the whole description. Will probably implement a better solution (if possible) later
