Proposal: Add Swahili (Kiswahili) translation

Hello

I would like to contribute a Swahili (Kiswahili) translation to Go by Example.

My plan is to:

• Start with a small set of examples.
• Keep Go code unchanged and translate only the explanatory text
• Add separate Swahili HTML files as hello-world-sw.html
• Gradually expand coverage if the maintainers are okay with the approach

Before I begin, I wanted to ask:

• Is this approach acceptable for the project?
• Do you have any preferred structure or naming convention for translations?

Translations are completely separate websites linked to in the README.

Just translate, similar to the others, and sent a PR to add a link. Once it's in place, I'll review. The translation needs to be fairly complete.
