Please mirror FE4395 dataset to Google Drive / Hugging Face

Hi, thanks for releasing many great datasets.
On the README, the FE4395 dataset is available only via Baidu Netdisk (code: xlel). I can’t access Baidu without a Chinese phone number.
Could you please mirror FE4395 to Google Drive or Hugging Face (as you already do for other datasets in this repo)?
Paper reference: “Factory Extraction from Satellite Images: Benchmark and Baseline (SFE4395)” (Remote Sensing, 2022).
Also, please confirm the license/citation for FE4395. Thank you!

在 README 中，FE4395 目前只有百度网盘（提取码：xlel）。由于没有中国手机号，我无法使用百度网盘。
能否把 FE4395 同步到 Google Drive 或 Hugging Face（本仓库中其他数据集已提供 Drive 链接）？
