Optionally disable magnific viewer

For some of the images on my site, I'd like to open them in a new tab at full size. The Magnific plugin is great for galleries, but there are a couple of large images (~4000px high) that need to be zoomed in to 100% to get any benefit from. For now, I'd prefer to just open them in a new tab as a .jpg. There are a lot of other posts with images using gallery and Magnific and I'd like them to continue working as-is.

Is there a layout similar to post that doesn't include Magnific? Or, is there a front-matter value that I can put on those pages that I don't want its magic to happen?

Bah, I was logged into my alt account when I submitted this. Anyway, been using MM for years on several personal sites. This is for a non-profit that I assist.
