Introspection?

Hi - is there a function for listing the contents of *routes*, along with either accessor functions for the routes objects or converting the output into a plist of some sort? If not, would a MR adding those be welcome?

There's no api for that, but the routes can be introspected by describing the mapper:

EASY-ROUTES> (describe *routes-mapper*)

Slots with :INSTANCE allocation:

I'd like anything that allows me to manually compose a list of endpoints, e.g. for creating an OpenAPI spec out of them, but also doesn't force me to use :: (since that feels a bit dirty).
