Add Doctest for Examples

Add a doctest workflow that runs all examples contained in the docstrings.

Note

• Examples in the docstrings should not be flaky
• Examples in the docstrings should run really fast (<1s)
• Examples should only be for the more important and public facing API endpoints (InteractionValues, Explainers, etc.)
