Mmap conflicts in precompile #291
Description
We noticed mmap conflicts during the precompile phase of building Julia. It is undeterministic, but is triggered quite often. Changes are needed in MMTk core so it doesn't assume static fixed address range, see mmtk/mmtk-core#1351.
A temporary workaround for Julia is to manually set the heap start and end address to avoid the address range that is usually used by Julia.
