Download via manifest file and/or password support.

I looked to see if this is supported anywhere online i could find info about, yet found zero results.

Can you guys please add support to download a specific build via a already owned/saved and downloaded **manifest file** not just for a manifest ID from SteamDB, and if the game build requires a password to be accessed/downloaded to be added as an option too?
