tusd requires installing a TLS certificate on the tusd server if you want the Location header in the POST response to use HTTPS. Since in this case we are installing the TLS certificate on Cloudflare, this is not possible.

Therefore, a modification to tusd is needed to be able to generate the Location header in the POST response.
