Visual timeline of failures

This would be helpful...

• to get to see whether any of the errors are urgent
• whether many of them have happened at once, and
• to indentify which errors are the most recent ones etc.

Not sure what this would look like exactly. Does not need to be complex...

Should be fairly easy to cook up something, since d3.js is already included. 😀

I will try to take a look at this in early 2019.

For now, grouping the list of failures by day or even shorter timeframes would be a nice improvement, too.
