So I was trying to use UIEffect to create a glitch effect that I could animate. To achieve this I would need to use RGB Shift and Pixilate sampling filters on the same image. However this behavior is unsupported and UIEffect is not easily extendible from outside its solution.
Describe the solution you'd like
For filters to be an ordered list of effects that are passed down to the shader rather than a single type of filter per category.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Creating multiple of the same images at differing opacities and applying different UIEffects to them. However this is a very unperformant approach and leads to a lot time wasted fiddling with blend modes and opacity combinations which don't look fantastic in the end.
