At build/push time, add a build-specific portion to css file name #6
Description
For improved cacheability. A css file associated with a particular built mobify.js file should be cacheable more or less forever, rather than just for five minutes.
Also, the cssName property inside mobify.js will need to reference this build specific file. This shouldn't be relevant for preview however.
