Move to mobilecli (removes go-ios & imagemagick dep)

We'd like to move away from requiring adb, go-ios, imagemagick, sips, wda.

Instead, mobilecli will cater to all these needs. We will be able to provide a single mcp that you install, and it just works out of the box (minus a few manual steps required for real ios development).

Our goal is to reduce the setup time to the minimum.
