Overview

Ref #5519, a PR co-authored by an AI with a GitHub account. EasyCLA says "that account didn't sign our CLA" and reports a check failure in the PR. For now, we can manually override, but maybe we should allow-list some AIs or otherwise find a better way to clarify that the CLA doesn't apply to AI so that PRs aren't reporting irrelevant check failures.

Related experience from #5464: I had commits with an unregistered email, and even after trying to add that email to my CLA, the check still failed. The only fix was rewriting Git history with the original registered email.
