We had a need to customize the compression level of the zip archive (in our case we wanted no compression due to the presence of large binary files), so I wanted to submit this PR to add this param to the two zip methods.
Note that compression level for the Swift ZipArchive package is only implemented for directory inputs (https://github.com/ZipArchive/ZipArchive/blob/main/SSZipArchive/SSZipArchive.h#L121-L138), which I've called out in the README.
