bootstrap fail to dowload projectNe10

I'm getting 404 not found error when running boostrap

Seems like the url is no longer valid.

Found a workaround by downloading the release here https://github.com/projectNe10/Ne10/releases/tag/v1.2.1
Then, I placed the archive in the /home/me/mod-workdir/dowload folder and renamed the archive : ne10-v1.2.1.tar.gz
After that, I can run the bootstrap script again and continue.
