setup.py fails to install libmod_utils.so

Getting this during runtime:
> OSError: Cannot open "/usr/local/lib/python3.6/site-packages/mod/../utils/libmod_utils.so"

It should not only install it, but it should also record it into the installed files list with the ```--record``` command.
