* copy over script from liquidai docs

* adds draft of lfm snapshot example

* remove while true from test

* Use experimental.http_server and proper GPU snapshot pattern for LFM example

* Update lfm_snapshot.py

* Add detailed prose and headers to LFM snapshot example
