Cannot connect any MCP server with version 0.15.0

Describe the bug
After upgrade to new version v0.15.0, the Inspector cannot connect to the MCP server.
It still works fine with v0.12.0.

My specific case report here is with streamableHTTP, but my MCP project with STDIO transport cannot work as well.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. start inspector npx @modelcontextprotocol/inspector
2. Select StreamableHTTP
3. Enter the mcp server url
4. Click Connect

Expected behavior
It should connect to MCP server successfully.

If applicable, add logs to help explain your problem.

Additional context

• Failed to connect by version 0.15.0

• still fine with v0.12.0
