feat: implement AutoCloseable for MCP client and server classes

- Implement AutoCloseable interface for McpAsyncClient, McpAsyncServer, and McpSyncServer
- Refactor test methods to use try-with-resources for automatic resource cleanup
- Add missing Javadoc for McpSyncServerExchange.setMinLoggingLevel
- Change visibility of McpAsyncServerExchange.setMinLoggingLevel to package-private
