.initialize does not exist on McpSyncServer or McpAsyncServer, as per the docs.

Thanks for the catch @theronic. This is a documentation issue.
The McpServer shouldn't have an initialize method. Per the spec, initialization is client-initiated.

I'll keep this issue open as a reminder to fix the documentation.
