Decouple the module from Jackson Core

Would you be open to a contribution to decouple the mcp module from Jackson Core?. Keep the module coupled to Jackson annotations but decouple from Jackson Core. Create an abstraction for ObjectMapper, and consumers of mcp could choose whether to use Jackson Databind or other serialization solutions.

We'd be open to such a contribution if there's a justification beyond edge cases. Could you please share what alternative serialization solutions you have in mind?

@tzolov Being decoupled from Jackson Core would allow to use MCP Java SDK with Micronaut Serialization.
