Clients fail and crash If initial GET request returns a redirect (e.g. 302)

Describe the bug
If a remote (see transport) server responds to the initial GET request of the client with a redirect an error is thrown

To Reproduce
Connect a client to https://yo-mcp.com/mcp/7NIUz0cvfStY6-wSsVyY3
It will get a redirect. The typescript client handles it just fine.

Expected behavior
The get request should just follow the redirect.

The PR definitely fixes the problem for me. Tested by claude code :-)
