Add MCPB manifest JSON schema (#2)

This schema defines the structure for MCPB (Model Context Protocol Builder) manifest files, including:
- Package metadata (name, version, description, author)
- Server configuration with platform-specific overrides
- Tool and prompt definitions
- Compatibility requirements
- User configuration options
