docs(vue-model-api): add minimal reference docs

Add minimal docs about Vue.js bindings to the reference docs,
for them to be visible in the docs of the upcoming release.

Ideas for more comprehensive and useful documentation are recorded in
https://issues.modelix.org/issue/MODELIX-599
