Package preparation utilities #232
Description
We should have a close look at the imod-python package preparation utilities and consider which are in vs out of scope for us. Maybe a good discussion to have with the Deltares group, so responsibilities can be divided appropriately, presuming imod-python may at some point use flopy4 internally.
