I found out why. It's not because the people posted it deleted their account. When someone deleted their account on github, the issues and discussions submited by them will not be deleted but will be changed to be submitted by a ghost, like this: #1123 It's their account being flagged by github and being hidden from the public. Being flagged and hidden from the public is kind of like you have never existed on github, even the stars you given to the projects you liked will be discarded. Only you could see your stuffs. It's terrible!
p/s: github will send emails to notify you about any changes to the issues and discussions you subscribed to. This is a massive amount of emails. My friend doesn't want that and asked me for help. As both of us are new to github. I prefer to use a solution I always used to prevent emails flooding my real inbox, using a disposable email address. When I completed adding a disposable email address to my friend's github account (the email is already verified), his account immediately being flagged and hidden from the public. Only now we realized github doesn't allow the use of disposable email address. It took many days for us talking with github's contact to have my friend's account restored. That's a terrifying experience.
