There is no line 74.
The m3makefile looks ok.
Can't figure it out.

remove the BEGIN on line 6.

BEGIN means, literally, "begin" running here. The structure of the module should be:

MODULE Main;

(* declarations *)

BEGIN

(* main code *)

END Main.
