m3makefile howto

Is there a way to point all m3makefile(s) to a default bin directory?
Have everything go to a default TARGET (AMD64_LINUX) / default bin directory.
like have program("default_dir/hello")?
have a <prj_name_dir>/src/Main.m3 && m3makefile but point makefile to default TARGET/bin.
